About Club100
Club 100 is a limited membership club. At Club100 we believe that everyone can reach their personal health and fitness goals and it is often just a case of getting the surroundings right. We use a personal, tailored approach, which factors in your health as well as your fitness and ensures that you enjoy undivided, one-to-one attention for each session.

About you
You have personal health and fitness goals. You may be focused on slimming down for you holiday, toning up for an event, reduce body fat or building muscle. Maybe you just went to feel better in yourself. At Club100 we believe that personal fitness needs a personal approach, so your plan - and your session - is just for you.

Your gym vs Club100
Don’t get us wrong. Public gyms are fine for some people. But if you’re reading this, then that perhaps it’s not fine for you. Maybe it has lots of equipment – but how much of it do you actually use? And don’t forget, you’re paying for it, whether you use it or not. Maybe you like being surrounded by lots of other people when trying to concentrate. Perhaps you don’t mind queuing up to use the machines, or the showers, or the car park.

Maybe you’re hitting your targets despite all these distractions. But it’s just not very much, well, fun, is it? And has your gym taken the trouble to see how they can help you reduce your risk of heart disease and diabetes? As Club100 is the only place in Oxfordshire to offer this service, we already know the answer.

Membership
There’s no huge commitment, and no contract. One you sign up for Membership a personal training programme, you’re a member. A programme can be as little as a four weeks, and as long as a year. Your membership entitles you to discounts on treatments.

Fees
While you’d think that all this exclusivity comes at a premium, you’d be mistaken. Prices start from as little as £10. There is no contract. Membership is limited and exclusive and entitles you to one free session of Personal training per week. You can pay monthly, or pay as you go. At these prices, it’s easy to see why some of our clients choose to retain their existing gym membership alongside their Club100 membership.

Your personal health and fitness solution
Club100 has a limited membership, but the combinations of fitness regimes, training sessions, classes and health treatments are almost limitless. Once we’ve set your programme, we’ll work with you to help you achieve your goals through training sessions, classes and treatments …
